1. Using dylomo

These Terms govern your use of the dylomo website, applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow them. If you use dylomo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. dylomo is intended for program planning, evaluation, grant, and organizational work and is not directed to children.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to a model.

Tell us through Support if you believe an account or shared model has been accessed without permission. We may ask for information needed to confirm identity, ownership, or authority before changing access.

3. Acceptable use

Use dylomo lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other people.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Do not use the service to harass, deceive, discriminate, or carry out unlawful activity.
• Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.
• Do not bypass plan limits, access another person’s account, scrape the service, or use automated access without permission.
• Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product unless we have agreed in writing.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the program descriptions, model components, relationships, assumptions, indicators, comments, files, and other content you create or upload.

You give dylomo a limited permission to host, process, display, copy, export, and share that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and to follow the choices you make in the product. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal retention.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for having permission to include it. Avoid adding confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, appropriate, and permitted for your work.

5. Collaboration, exports, and public links

Model owners control invitations and roles. People with access may be able to view, comment on, edit, or export content according to their role and the features available to them.

A public link provides read-only access to a published version without requiring sign-in. Anyone who receives the link may forward it. Review the published content before sharing and revoke the link when it should no longer be available.

You are responsible for deciding which models, exports, and public links are appropriate to share with colleagues, partners, funders, boards, participants, or the public.

6. AI-assisted features

When you choose an AI-assisted feature, relevant program details and model content are sent to service providers that generate the requested draft, review, or suggestion.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your context. Review every fact, assumption, relationship, indicator, and outcome claim before relying on it. AI assistance does not replace professional evaluation judgment, legal advice, grant-compliance review, or your organization’s approval process.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Current plan details, billing frequency, currency, and price are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew until cancelled unless checkout states otherwise.

You can cancel from subscription settings. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless the product says otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

When paid access ends, your account moves to the features and limits of the Free plan. Existing models remain available to you, but you may need to reduce the number of models before creating another. Collaborator access and public links for models you own pause until you restore Pro. You can still remove collaborators and revoke links. Other paid features will no longer be available.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to keep dylomo available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always remain unchanged.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features. When a change materially affects paid access or the handling of your information, we will provide reasonable notice when practical.

9. dylomo product rights

dylomo and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and original templates. These Terms let you use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying materials.

Feedback is welcome. If you share an idea or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you. We will not treat feedback as permission to publish your private model content.

10. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information dylomo processes, why it is used, which service providers may receive it, and the controls available to you. Analytics requires your choice through the cookie notice or Privacy page. Accepting these Terms alone does not enable analytics.

11. Disclaimers

dylomo is a planning and communication tool. It does not guarantee that a logic model is accurate, that a program will achieve its outcomes, that a funder will accept an application, or that an evaluation approach meets a particular requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.

12. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dylomo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

Any limit or exclusion applies only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using dylomo at any time and can request account deletion through account settings. Export anything you need and review shared access before deleting an account.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a serious breach of these Terms. When appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. The current version will show its latest update date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply.

15. Applicable law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of dylomo and your use of the service, without limiting consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern.
