It is designed for program managers, evaluators, grant writers, nonprofit and public-sector teams, funders, consultants, and community partners who need to plan, explain, or evaluate how a program is expected to work.

Start with the program need, the people you intend to reach, and the activities you plan to deliver. Add the immediate outputs and intended outcomes next, then use relationships and assumptions to show why those results are expected.

No. You can start with Program Logic, Theory of Change, Results Framework, Impact Chain, a starter template, or a blank model. Choose the structure that matches your funder, evaluation approach, or team process.

Yes. You can adapt component and relationship types so the model reflects the language your organization, funder, or evaluation framework uses while keeping the pathway understandable.

Yes. A model owner with active Pro can invite people as editors or viewers. Invited people can use Free accounts. Editors can help update the model, while viewers can review it without changing the content.

Every plan can export a copy. With active Pro, model owners can invite collaborators or publish a separate read-only public link. Public links can be revoked, but anyone who receives one may forward it, so publish only content you are comfortable sharing.

You can export the visual model as a high-resolution PNG. Available data export controls also let you take model content into CSV, HTML, or plain text for reporting and follow-up work.

No. Templates give you a useful structure and example content, but your model should reflect your own participants, activities, assumptions, intended outcomes, and evidence needs.

Yes. Free includes the core model builder, up to 3 logic model projects, built-in approaches and templates, access to models shared by a Pro owner, and image, CSV, HTML, and text exports.

Pro is useful when you manage more models, want to invite collaborators or publish public links, need AI-assisted drafts and reviews, need to undo your saved component edits, or want image exports without dylomo branding. Compare the current details on the Pricing page.

Pro is available in four currencies:

• $15 CAD per month or $150 CAD per year. Annual billing saves $30 CAD compared with 12 monthly payments.
• €12 EUR per month or €120 EUR per year. Annual billing saves €24 EUR compared with 12 monthly payments.
• £10 GBP per month or £100 GBP per year. Annual billing saves £20 GBP compared with 12 monthly payments.
• $12 USD per month or $120 USD per year. Annual billing saves $24 USD compared with 12 monthly payments.

Yes. You can cancel from subscription settings and keep Pro access through the end of the paid billing period. Your models remain in your account. When Pro ends, collaborator access and public links for models you own pause until you restore Pro. You can still revoke links or remove collaborators. If you are above the Free project limit, you will need to reduce that number before creating another model. See the Terms of Service for billing conditions.

AI-assisted drafting can turn the program details you provide into a first draft. AI review can help surface gaps, unclear outcomes, or relationships worth reconsidering. You decide what to keep and can edit the model before using it.

Pro includes 200 AI credits each month. A review uses 1 credit and a new draft uses 2 credits. Use them whenever you need them, with no daily limit. Your included credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans; unused included credits do not carry forward. Your account shows your balance and next refresh date. Failed requests are refunded, and retrying the same request does not add another charge. If you need more, buy 100 credits for $6 CAD, €5 EUR, £4 GBP, $5 USD, depending on your selected currency. Purchased credits do not expire and are used after your included credits. You need active Pro to use AI.

You can request an AI review of models you own. Review currently supports up to 50 components and 100 relationships, with shorter descriptions than the full model editor allows. If a model is too large, the review screen explains what needs to be shortened before you submit. Your model stays available to edit and export.

Treat it as a starting point, not as evidence or professional evaluation advice. Check program facts, assumptions, relationships, outcome claims, and indicators before using the work in a proposal, report, evaluation plan, or public presentation.

dylomo sends the program details and model content needed to complete that specific request to its AI service providers. Avoid including confidential or sensitive personal information. The Privacy Policy explains the current processing approach.

You retain ownership of the program content and logic models you create. dylomo receives only the limited permission needed to store, display, process, export, and share that content according to your choices.

No. Account-based access is controlled through model roles. A model becomes available through a public link only when an owner with active Pro chooses to publish a read-only version.

You can use an email address and password or continue with Google.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and enter your email address. If that address has a password-based account, you will receive a reset link.

No. dylomo runs in a current web browser with an internet connection. A desktop or laptop gives you the most room when building or reviewing a detailed model.

Yes. Account settings include an account-deletion process. Review collaborator access and export anything you need first, because deleting an account removes models you own and cannot be undone once completed.

Use the support form for an account, model, export, billing, or technical problem. Read replies in Support while signed in. You can also send product feedback from the About page. Include what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
